Gather your constituents to make Grinch eyefuls:

- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and beat until combined.
- Add a drop of green food dye and beat until combined. The dough should turn a light green color.
- Scoop tablespoon portions of dough and roll into balls. Place the cookie balls on several ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake the cookies for 8 to 10 minutes.
